The foundation of all our chocolate is hand-roasted, single-source, fair-trade cocoa beans. We refine our chocolate using traditional granite stone mills.
Our current cocoa beans are Ecuadorian Arriba Nacional Beans, Certified Organic by Quality Certification Services QCS.

My husband, daughter and I tried the Medium-dark coffee chocolate bar. It had the right amount of coffee taste. Not too weak and not to strong. I also like the idea of “medium” dark because I really don’t like dark chocolate but this was just right. – Erie PA
