Description
Chiques uses Single Sourced Certified Organic Ecuadorian Arriba Nacional Beans and Cocoa Butter. The beans are broken into small pieces(nibs) then slow roasted to bring out the unique character and flavors of the bean. The roasted nibs are then ground into a cocoa paste. The paste and melted cocoa butter are put into granite stone mills where organic sugar and all-natural whole powdered milk are added to the cocoa and milled for 12 hours.
